Terrible wagon

"I really wanted to love this wagon so bad. I did a thorough search on the right wagon for my two boys and thought this one would be the right one. It is so hard to use when trying to use it in a stroller mode. The wagon is hard to maneuver and feels like it has a mind of its own. I have an evenflo pivot wagon and that is way easier to maneuver and use. The reason I purchased this one was for the nap mat that it includes, how flat it folds and how easy it is to store in a car. However, none of this serves me when I can’t even push it on a walk. I reached out to the customer service department and got the front wheels replaced and that only made it worse. I returned the wagon to Amazon and we are back to where we started, searching for the perfect wagon. So disappointed. I would not recommend this to anyone."
