Refund policy
We offer free shipping on all items over $40 within the contiguous U.S. All orders are processed within 2 business days (barring holidays); we ship by ground service only.
"Stress Less" Return Policy
We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, simply contact us at info@gladlyfamily.com. If your return is accepted we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. There's no restocking fee for returns, however we do ask that Customers pay for return shipping, unless the item is defective.
We strongly encourage you to keep your product carton until you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on close-out items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Gladly Family's Warranty
Gladly Family warrants your product to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase when used by the original owner. Please contact Gladly Family customer service at info@gladlyfamily.com and have these items ready when you make your claim:
- Your proof of purchase or order confirmation
- A picture of your product ID tag (located on your wagon frame)
- A video that clearly demonstrates the nature of your product issue or damage
We reserve the right to fix any problems by sending replacement parts if replacement parts are available.
Please note: our warranty, return and refund policies apply only within the continental United States. If you are located outside the US, you will be responsible for all shipping costs, duties and taxes related to your claim.
