Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping on all items over $40 within the contiguous U.S.

How quickly will my order ship?

Most orders ship from our warehouse within 2 business days barring holidays. An email will be sent to you with tracking information so you can follow your product's progress. 

How long is the shipping time for my order?

Once shipped, typical delivery times range about 5-7 business days. Please note: Shipping times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. Once the carrier has picked up your order, we are not responsible for delays on their part.

Do you ship to Canada?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship to Canada or outside of the U.S.

What is your return policy?

"Stress Less" Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, simply contact us at info@gladlyfamily.com. If your return is accepted we’ll send you  instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Is there a restocking fee on returned items?

There's no restocking fee for returns, however we do ask that Customers pay for return shipping. (We can purchase a return shipping label for you upon request to take advantage of our lower shipping rates. We will then deduct the cost of the label from your refund.)

We strongly encourage you to keep your product carton until you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

How do you handle refunds?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Are there ever exceptions or items that are non-returnable?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, for example, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on close-out items or gift cards.

What is the weight limit for Anthem Stroller Wagons?

All of our wagons hold 50 lbs per seat.

With additional gear loaded on to a wagon, the Anthem2 holds up to a total of 150 lbs.

With additional gear loaded on to a wagon, the Anthem4 holds up to a total of 250 lbs.

What is the height of the tallest position of the handle for Anthem Stroller Wagons?

42.5 inches high
